Trainer-Mobile Device/Accessory

The Company’s main business is selling fully integrated IT products

(One Stop Shopping IT Products) through the storefront and online

channels.

• Training Development: Create and deliver training programs about mobile devices and accessories for sales teams, customer service representatives, and retail partners.
• Hands-On Demonstrations: Provide practical training on product features, how to use them, and their functionalities.
• Update Training Materials: Keep all training resources current with the latest product releases and technological advancements.
• Collaboration: Work with product development and marketing teams to ensure training content matches brand messaging and technical details.
• Evaluate Training: Assess how effective the training programs are and make improvements when necessary.
• Refresher Courses: Conduct sessions to help teams stay updated on new products and changes.
• Create Support Materials: Assist in making product manuals, guides, and video tutorials as needed.

• Strong knowledge of mobile devices, accessories, and related technologies.
• Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar instructional role, preferably in the mobile industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to adapt training content to various learning styles and levels of technical expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Office, presentation software, and e-learning platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as technology, communications, or education is preferred.
