Finance Manager

Thailand's leading private college, which operates in the education sector.

• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow, receivables, payables, and treasury functions.
• Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and variance analysis for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal audit requirements.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence and foster professional development.
• Support the university in evaluating investments, project management, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial management and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, MBA or relevant is a plus.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
