Job Responsibilities
· Manage initial response to product defects and conduct inspections for imported goods.
· Coordinate with clients and manufacturers to resolve quality issues.
· Report findings and negotiate solutions for quality-related concerns.
· Participate in quality training and conduct internal audits.
· Facilitate communication between Chinese and Thai teams to ensure smooth operations.
Experience requirements
Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese, English
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of quality management experience, preferably in automotive or related industries.
Willingness to Travel: Willing to travel to China for training and business meetings as required.
