Logistic Maintenance Director

Logistics Management:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain and distribution processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.

Maintenance Oversight:

• Oversee the maintenance of all renewable energy facilities, including wind turbines, solar panels, and other infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of logistics and maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the logistics and maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and present regular reports on logistics and maintenance performance to senior management.
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics and maintenance management, preferably in the energy or renewable energy sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and maintenance management systems.
• Strong understanding of safety and regulatory requirements in the energy sector.
