About the Company
Our client is a well-known power plant in Thailand aspires to be the leader in sustainable power generation by researching & developing, which is suitable for use as a renewable fuel, as well as sourcing other energy crops to create new high-potential green fuels
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee workforce planning and establish specific qualifications for each position to ensure the right candidates are recruited.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees and track their performance during the probation period to maximize organizational benefits.
- Plan and develop employee training programs (Training Roadmap) based on position-specific training needs, ensuring compliance with training plans and legal requirements.
- Design annual training plans and assess training outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational competencies.
- Manage the annual budget for human resource development to align with training and recruitment needs.
- Consult and resolve issues during training sessions to ensure plans are executed efficiently and participants are satisfied.
- Establish performance evaluation criteria and analyze employee performance in line with organizational goals to drive improvement.
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resource management.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and training management.
- Experience in curriculum development and competency management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good command of English and strong communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Political Science, Social Science.
