• Oversee all daily operations of the jewelry retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree in business administration or a related field.
