Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager - FMCG Industry

Financial Control and Budgeting:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial controls, budgeting processes, and forecasting models for our dynamic FMCG environment with 30+ SKUs in convenience stores.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Identify key trends and variances, preparing insightful reports for management and stakeholders.

Pricing Strategies and Profitability Analysis:

• Evaluate pricing strategies to optimize profitability and competitiveness.
• Analyze the impact of price changes and provide recommendations on product mix and margin optimization across 30+ SKUs.

Decision Support and Business Partnering:

• Act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing financial analysis and insights for strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and product launches tailored to our 30+ SKUs.

Cost Management and Optimization:

• Analyze cost structures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support the implementation of efficiency improvement initiatives across our product portfolio.

Financial Modeling and Strategic Planning:

• Build financial models to evaluate new product launches, marketing campaigns, and potential M&A activities.
• Contribute to long-term financial planning and capital allocation decisions for our growing range of SKUs.

Working Capital Management:

• Optimize working capital through effective management of inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable for our 30+ SKUs.

Investor Relations:

• Support investor relations activities by providing financial information and analysis to communicate financial performance and growth prospects, highlighting successes in convenience stores.

• Preferable 8+ years of FP&A experience in the FMCG or related industry
• Proven ability to develop and implement financial controls, budgeting processes, and forecasting models.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
