Accounting Section Manager (Cockpit room) TC

Financial Management:

• Manage and oversee all treasury accounting activities, including cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, and investment accounting.
• Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of financial data in compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.
• Monitor financial performance and identify variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions as necessary.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance on professional development.

Compliance & Controls:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls related to treasury operations.
• Develop and implement best practices for treasury accounting processes and procedures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning efforts.
• Act as a liaison between the Treasury Center and other business units to ensure alignment on financial goals.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient solutions to enhance the effectiveness of treasury operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure best practices are followed.

• 5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on treasury operations or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, treasury management, and financial regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Supervise finance staff in processing payments through the designated software (SAP) and manage the money transfer systems of each bank to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
