About the Company
Our client is a distributor and installer of advanced medical equipment for cancer treatment, focusing on radiotherapy solutions sourced from top manufacturers specializing in oncology technology. They also provide maintenance services for this medical equipment.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote radiotherapy equipment and maintenance services, targeting hospitals and healthcare institutions specializing in oncology.
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential growth areas within the medical equipment industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including university hospitals, cancer centers, government healthcare agencies, and private hospitals, to understand their needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Drive brand awareness initiatives to position the company as a trusted leader in radiotherapy equipment and support services, emphasizing quality, innovation, and reliability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leaders, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and provide tools and materials that support sales efforts and enhance conversion rates.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media presence, and online campaigns, to effectively reach healthcare professionals and institutions in the oncology field.
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in a marketing and sales role, preferably with a focus on medical equipment, healthcare services, or oncology-related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns, with a strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing, particularly in targeting hospitals, health enthusiasts and healthcare institutions.
- Strong background in managing key accounts and building relationships with high-profile clients, including hospitals, healthcare agencies, and government organizations.
- Experience in overseeing digital marketing efforts, including website management, content creation, and social media strategy, with a focus on building brand presence within the healthcare sector.
- Proficient in analyzing market data, monitoring KPIs, and managing marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign performance and strategic alignment with company goals.
Education requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
