Marketing Manager

Our client is a well-established aesthetic clinic chain with branches across Thailand, recognized for the exceptional services. To further the growth and enhance brand presence, we are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join the marketing team as Marketing Manager.

• Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure alignment with the clinic's overall strategy and objectives.
• Coordinate and collaborate with influencers, clinic staff, and doctors to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Oversee content planning, including photo and video production, to create compelling and engaging materials.
• Apply expertise in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
• Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Plan and manage small to medium-sized events and below-the-line (BTL) campaigns to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Identify and explore new promotional channels, and seek joint-promotion opportunities with partners and relevant departments.
• Maintain a high level of organization, self-motivation, and results-oriented focus.
• Foster a positive and hardworking team culture with a commitment to achieving marketing goals.

• Minimum of 5 years with experience in social media platforms, marketing, marketing communication, or event management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills, with a demonstrated sense of responsibility.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and platforms.
• Proven experience in managing events and BTL campaigns.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently with a positive and dedicated approach.

• University degree in Marketing , Business Management or related filed
