About the Company

Our client, a producer and distributer of socks, arm sleeves and wristbands with over 30 years’ experience in their brands like Belle, Spegial, Socksy and etc. The company is also trusted by many international brands, for instance, Thai Airway, Bata, Disney, Enfant, Little Wocoal, Taywin, Doraemon, Thai Hospital, Lohmann, Harrow and Denla. 

Job Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Recruit qualified employees and managers, ensuring the right fit for each position.
  • Employee Onboarding: Prepare employment contracts for new hires and assist in their integration.
  • Training & Employee Relations: Plan and execute the annual training plan and employee relations activities.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Update ISO documents, JD, and the organization chart as needed.
  • Annual Calendar Updates: Maintain and update the company’s annual holiday calendar.
  • Employee Welfare: Manage employee meal benefits, uniforms, and other welfare programs.
  • Social Security & Legal Compliance: Handle social security registrations for Thai and foreign employees, including passport, work permit, and visa documentation.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Process payroll, overtime, commissions, and employee benefits like financial aid and life insurance.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews—biannual evaluations for existing staff and probationary assessments for new employees.
  • Security & IT Coordination: Weekly CCTV checks and coordinate with IT for server and internet issues.
  • Facility Management: Oversee housekeeping staff, monitor cleanliness, manage maintenance and construction work, and ensure regular fire extinguisher checks (every 6 months).
  • Health & Safety: Oversee first aid supplies and conduct safety checks as needed.
  • Corporate Gifting: Manage the distribution of corporate gifts to executives.
  • Internal and External Coordination: Liaise with internal departments, the factory, and external parties as required.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
Experience requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management.
  • Professional appearance with strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, employee welfare, and a foundational understanding of HR management and labor relations.
  • Fair, impartial, detail-oriented, and committed to balancing organizational and employee interests.
  • Trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Confident decision-maker with analytical skills, vision, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
