Production Manager

Job Position: Production Manager - Automotive and Electronic Parts Manufacturing

Work location: Ayutthaya

Our client is a well-known automotive and electronic parts manufacturing company. The company was established for nearly 20 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in global automotive and electronic markets.

• Oversee overall management of a production department with approximately 40 staff members

• Monitor mass production, manage personnel allocation, and optimize work processes

• Take corrective actions and implement improvements when issues arise

• Supervise and support employee development

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Experience as a Production Assistant Manager or higher in manufacturing

• Preference for candidates with experience in Japanese companies

• Strong logical thinking skills

• Highly skilled in problem-solving

• High vocational degree or higher in engineering or a related field

• Proficient in English for daily conversations or above

• Japanese language skills are a plus but not required
