Job Responsibilities
• Measure mass-produced parts
• Review and improve process charts
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (documentation and compilation)
• Provide support during audits
• Handle and respond to complaints
Experience requirements
• At least 3 years of experience with ISO standards
• Willingness to work night shifts occasionally, depending on mass production and customer orders
• Preference for candidates with experience in Japanese companies
• Strong logical thinking skills
• Highly skilled in problem-solving
Education requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proficient in English at a basic conversation level
• Strong Japanese language skills for internal communication (JLPT N3 or higher)
