Job Responsibilities
As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our advanced medical devices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of service engineers to deliver exceptional technical support and maintenance services to our clientele.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize service efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Collaborating closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth integration of new equipment and technologies.
- Conducting regular training sessions for service engineers to enhance their technical skills and product knowledge.
- Overseeing the scheduling and allocation of service assignments to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Providing technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex service issues.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the medical device industry, with a focus on service engineering.
- Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
