Technical Application Responsibilities:

• Assist the Technical Application Specialist in developing new products and applications.
• Prepare and conduct tests on company products following the Technical Application Specialist's instructions.
• Organize and conduct tasting sessions.
• Document all activities, record results, and manage data.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory space.
• Ensure equipment is in good condition and ready for use.
• Follow proper procedures, policies, and health/safety guidelines.
• Submit samples promptly for internal and external customers.
• Manage the stock of standard raw materials and core items efficiently.
• Provide administrative support.
• Coordinate with the R&D team for timely support with samples, raw materials, and core items.

Quality Management System Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in the quality management system.
• Report on the system's performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• New graduate is welcome.
• Skilled in preparing samples for both products and applications.
• Have a solid understanding of applications and food ingredients.
• Proficient in computer use and experienced in recording results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent administrative abilities.
• Capable of collaborating with individuals at various organizational levels and from diverse cultures.

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Food Technology.
