Job Responsibilities
- Foster Connections: Cultivate and sustain meaningful relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and key industry players.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Seek out and engage in new business opportunities to reach sales targets and contribute to growth objectives.
- Guide Client Choices: Offer expert product insights to help clients choose the most suitable HVAC solutions for their needs.
- Oversee Tender Processes: Prepare and submit tender proposals and conduct regular follow-ups with clients to enhance success rates.
Experience requirements
- Sales Background: Previous experience in sales, ideally within the HVAC sector.
- Achievement-Oriented: Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Customer-Centric: Strong dedication to customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Key Qualities: Excellent communication skills, well-organized, and self-driven.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written) or eager to learn.
- Educational Background: A technical degree is advantageous.
- Travel Flexibility: Open to traveling domestically as needed.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using MS Office applications.
Education requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
