About the Company
Our client, a boutique day spa in the vibrant center of Bangkok, specializing in personalized treatments tailored for all skin types. The services are inspired by Biologiques Recherche, a brand celebrated for its scientifically driven skincare approach. They are currently seeking a Spa Manager with a strong background in spa management.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining high service standards.
- Manage, lead, and motivate spa staff to uphold our brand values and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring all treatment areas are stocked and organized.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and any service recovery situations to maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate scheduling and staff assignments to optimize service coverage and support an efficient, productive spa environment.
- Maintain and enforce company policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Analyze performance data, client feedback, and staff productivity to drive continuous improvement in services and experiences.
Experience requirements
- Proven experience in spa management, ideally within the wellness and fitness industry.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills suitable for a luxury spa environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a natural ability to connect with and cater to clients’ needs.
- Having a good personality is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide staff.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage operational details.
- Background in wellness, hospitality, or related fields.
