Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth, achieve sales targets, and meet KPIs for business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, setting clear goals, and fostering a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer insights, and areas for growth within the stationery industry.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of promotional campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and product launches to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing resources to maximize ROI and support long-term business objectives.
Experience requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in the Marketing Manager position, preferably within the stationery or a related consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing business strategies and marketing plans that drive brand growth and market share.
  • Strong networking and industry connections within the stationery or retail sector, supporting business development and partnership opportunities.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Good personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to make informed, strategic decisions.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
