About the Company
Our client is a leading retail company in Thailand, recognized for delivering premium products and services to a diverse customer base. They are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team and support the company’s growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to drive performance and improve skills.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and prospects to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and refine sales tactics.
- Track sales performance and report on sales results to senior management; provide forecasts and market insights.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and merchandising teams to ensure the right product mix and adequate stock levels.
- Oversee the sales budget, ensuring targets are met while maintaining cost efficiency.
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
