Job Responsibilities

Job Scope:

The Brand and Engagement Director will lead the development and execution of strategies that enhance the brand’s visibility, reputation, and consumer engagement across multiple channels. This role focuses on building brand loyalty, increasing brand awareness, and fostering strong relationships between the brand and its target audiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Design and lead long-term brand strategies that align with the company's mission and vision.
  • Oversee the creation of a cohesive brand identity that resonates across all consumer touchpoints.

Consumer Engagement:

  • Enhance consumer loyalty by fostering community-building initiatives and interactive marketing campaigns.

Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and launch impactful brand campaigns across various platforms, including social media, digital, and traditional media.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize for engagement, and adjust strategies as necessary.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

  • Work closely with product marketing to ensure the brand message is consistent and integrated across all departments.
  • Partner with external agencies, influencers, and media partners to amplify the brand’s reach.

Brand Performance Tracking:

  • Develop methods for measuring brand performance, engagement levels, and audience sentiment.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management to drive future brand and engagement strategies.

Innovation and Trends:

  • Stay informed on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously refine brand strategies.
  • Lead the adoption of new marketing tools, platforms, and engagement strategies to keep the brand relevant and ahead of competitors.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of marketing, creative, and digital professionals to achieve brand goals.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and results-driven performance within the team.


Experience requirements
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, and consumer engagement roles (10+ years).
  • Strong expertise in leading digital marketing campaigns and understanding current digital tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage large-scale, multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.


Education requirements

Bachelor degree of Marketing or Related fields. (MBA will be a plus)
