Sewing Supervisor

Job Position: Sewing Supervisor - Earmuffs and Head Pads Manufacturing Company

Work location: Pathumthani

Company overview:

Our client is a well-known earmuffs and head pads manufacturing company for headphones. They are also developing new products such as masks, uniforms, sunshades, camera straps, and soft and hard cases. The company has exhibited for over 10 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in global markets.

• Oversee all leather sewing operations

• Manage a team of approximately 60-70 members

• Plan and supervise production to meet customer deadlines

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

• Perform additional tasks as assigned

• At least 1-2 years of experience in production in any fields

• Preference for experience in garment production

• Skilled in production planning

• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Diligent and proactive, with the ability to coordinate with other departments

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any fields

• English - Internal Conversation Level – Focus on Reading and writing
