Job Position: Printing and Cutting Supervisor - Earmuffs and Head Pads Manufacturing Company

Work location: Pathumthani

Our client is a well-known earmuffs and head pads manufacturing company for headphones. They are also developing new products such as masks, uniforms, sunshades, camera straps, and soft and hard cases. The company has exhibited for over 10 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in global markets.

• Supervise all aspects of uniform production

• Coordinate with the design team to receive drawings

• Print and prepare samples for the uniform team, ensuring colors and quality align with design specifications

• Manage a team of 10-20 members

• Plan and oversee production to meet customer deadlines

• Work with other departments to maintain smooth operations

• Handle additional tasks as assigned

• At least 1-2 years of experience in production in any fields

• Preference for experience in clothes production

• Skilled in production planning

• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards

• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using AutoCAD

• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Diligent and proactive, with the ability to coordinate with other departments

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any fields

• English - Internal Conversation Level – Focus on Reading and writing
