Tooling Engineer

The company is a leading company in the packaging industry, dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.

• Design and develop new tooling and fixtures for packaging production.
• Modify and improve existing tooling to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of tooling to ensure optimal performance.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for tooling.
• Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements in tooling design and usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all tooling activities.
• Document tooling designs, modifications, and maintenance activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Experience at least 5 years of Tooling Pin & Die.
• Proven experience in tooling design and development, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Proficiency in CAD CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
