Accounting Supervisor (GL)

Our client is a well-established food manufacturer located in Chachoengsao, with over two decades of experience delivering high-quality products. Known for their commitment to excellence, safety, and stringent quality control.

• Ensure that all General Ledger (GL) accounting processes comply with accounting standards and company policies.
• Verify the accuracy of accounting entries, classifications, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain and update the GL system with accurate accounting details.
• Prepare detailed reports and financial statements, analyze data, and present findings to management.
• Ensure the accuracy of tax reports, calculate corporate income tax, and ensure timely filing of tax returns in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare the annual budget plan, analyze budget variance, and ensure proper budget management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties, such as auditors and the Revenue Department.
• Oversee and review the company's asset reporting system.
• Prepare and submit reports to the Board of Investment (BOI) for tax incentives and related matters.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in GL accounting or general accounting, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with tax laws and relevant accounting standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, time management, leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
