About the Company
A major player in the automotive parts industry, supplying crucial engine components to a wide network of car manufacturers and distributors in the region. Currently seeking a "Maintenance manager" to join their multinational team and work closely with foreign management team.
As a Maintenance Manager you will play a role in ensuring the smooth operation of a manufacturing facility by planning, coordinating, and leading all maintenance activities. Responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, minimizing production disruptions, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement departmental activities, budgets, and master plans with specific SMART KPIs.
- Oversee the operation of large machinery, robots, utilities, and manufacturing facilities.
- Plan and execute predictive and preventive maintenance for all machinery, robots, and other utilities and facilities.
- Ensure optimal utilization of all machinery to support smooth production processes.
- Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts, ensuring they are organized and readily available when needed.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Over 10 years of experience in maintenance functions, with more than 5 years in a management role.
- Proven experience overseeing large machinery, robots, and utility and facility maintenance, even with a minimal team.
- In-depth knowledge of legislation related to maintenance functions.
- Experience in setting up spare parts control and determining the standard lifespan of spare parts.
- Expertise in predictive maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective people management abilities.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard working hours when necessary.
- Proficiency in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Holding certificates or licenses in maintenance or facility management is a plus.
