Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of product quality assurance and control to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems, continuously monitoring and improving quality processes to optimize efficiency and reduce defects.
  • Utilize and maintain measurement systems, tools, and equipment to perform quality assessments and inspections, ensuring accuracy and precision in quality metrics.
  • Apply statistical methods to track quality performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to prevent and resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality standards at each stage of the production process.
  • Conduct and facilitate constructive negotiations with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to uphold quality expectations and resolve any quality-related concerns.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members on quality standards, tools, and methodologies to foster a quality-focused culture.
  • Coordinate and support domestic and international business travel as required to ensure quality compliance and address customer needs.
  • Maintain a strong on-site presence, working full-time at the headquarters in Nakhon Ratchasima to oversee quality operations directly.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, with at least 15 years of automotive or Tier 1 supplier experience and 10 years in quality roles.
  • Certifications such as ISO, IATF, or relevant qualifications from accredited bodies are advantageous.
  • Advanced English skills and strong negotiation and teaching abilities.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Proficiency in quality control and quality assurance practices.
