• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with current clients.
• Discover sales opportunities in both government and private sectors.
• Oversee procurement processes and prepare competitive bids.
• Draft and present proposals and projects to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information and resources for proposals.

• 5-8 years of experience in marketing or sales roles.
• Demonstrated success in sales and marketing, with a focus on B2G and B2B sectors.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Skilled in computer applications, particularly MS Office (Excel and Word).

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
