Programmer Supervisor

• Oversee all technology-related projects, both internal and managed by third parties.
• Manage and develop software to align with business processes, enhance the computer network system, and implement new innovative technologies.
• Ensure proper backup of databases is completed and maintained.
• Provide troubleshooting support for software programs and hardware.
• Stay updated on IT-related information and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Prepare monthly reports on job performance and project updates for management.
• Support management requests for data analysis and process improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in information systems leadership, including supervisory roles in large-scale environments.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Experience managing ERP systems.
• Expertise in database management and application development.
• Knowledge of current and emerging technology trends (e.g., RPA, low-code, ITIL, SDLC, PDPA).
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, PHP, MSSQL, MySQL.
• Advanced knowledge of infrastructure, security firewalls, and networking technologies.
• Experience with Windows Active Directory/GPO.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware and VDI.
• Knowledge of Azure and other cloud architectures.
• Understanding of data and network security principles.
