Job Responsibilities
HRM
- Oversee full-loop HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international HR standards.
- Manage visa and work permit processes for expatriate employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the company’s goals.
HRD
- Lead employee development initiatives, including training programs and career growth plans.
- Drive performance management processes to align individual contributions with organizational objectives.
- Foster employee engagement by organizing activities that build a positive workplace culture.
Strategic HR Leadership
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on organizational structure and workforce planning to support company growth.
- Manage HR data and analytics to deliver insights for decision-making.
GA
- Maintain accurate and updated HR records, including organizational charts and job descriptions.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.
Experience requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, covering HRM and HRD.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage HR functions for a multicultural workforce.
- Excellent knowledge of Thai labor laws and international HR best practices.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
