Senior Graphic Designer

Our client, a premier distributor of renowned Korean cosmetics, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join their creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer with a passion for cosmetics and branding to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-growing industry.

Design & Branding:

• Lead the creation of visually stunning designs for both digital and print materials, including packaging, promotional materials, website assets, social media, and advertisements
• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to produce designs that effectively communicate brand values and product benefits

Creative Leadership:

• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring high-quality design outputs
• Drive innovative design ideas, keeping up with design trends and emerging technologies in the cosmetic and beauty industry

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely delivery of creative assets
• Assist in the development of marketing campaigns with creative concepts and execution

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging content for digital platforms (social media, websites, etc.)
• Contribute to the creation of digital assets for e-commerce platforms, newsletters, and other marketing channels

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience in packaging design, digital marketing materials, and brand development
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to lead projects, manage time efficiently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industry is a plus
• Fluency in English; Korean language skills are a plus but not required
