Job Responsibilities
Dealer Network Development:
- Identify potential markets for dealership expansion and develop strategies for establishing new locations.
- Analyze market data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities within the existing network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and business goals.
Dealer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure consistent performance and compliance with company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for dealers, addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Develop KPIs for dealership performance and regularly monitor results.
- Implement improvement plans to enhance dealer operations, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Strategic Planning:
- Lead market research initiatives to evaluate geographic opportunities and align them with business expansion plans.
- Develop long-term network strategies to ensure alignment with the company’s goals.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all dealers meet corporate brand standards in terms of facility design, service quality, and customer experience.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
- Organize training programs for dealership staff to improve their understanding of products, services, and sales strategies.
- Mentor and support dealers in adopting best practices for business growth.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and after-sales teams to align dealer network objectives with overall business strategies.
- Coordinate with legal and financial departments to streamline contracts and agreements with dealers.
Experience requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7-15 years of experience in expansion business, network development, franchise management.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing dealer networks.
- Strong analytical skills for market evaluation and performance measurement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with dealers and internal teams.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute growth plans effectively.
- Proficient in problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
