Plant Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Director to lead a large-scale automotive manufacturing facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established automotive manufacturing facility and drive its future success.

• Lead the Plant Operations: Ensure the smooth functioning of production, quality control, engineering, maintenance and logistics to meet operational goals.
• Strategize for Growth: Develop and execute plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs and achieve financial targets.
• Uphold Industry Standards: Maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and other quality certifications critical to automotive manufacturing.
• Drive Process Improvements: Implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
• Ensure Safety and Compliance: Promote workplace safety and environmental compliance while adhering to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior management to align plant operations with broader business objectives.
• Build Strong Relationships: Manage and strengthen connections with suppliers, customers, and other key stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within automotive manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale plant operations and meeting industry standards like IATF 16949.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, cost management and operational efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English and Thai
