• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and presentation.
• Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to drive improvements in store performance.
• Adapt quickly to changes in business requirements and resolve operational challenges effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, reflecting the brand’s active lifestyle ethos.

• Proven experience in store management, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
• Interest in sports or active lifestyles is a plus.
