ERP Consultant

• Lead and provide comprehensive solutions to customers, covering consulting, system construction and development, operation follow-up, and maintenance, with strong knowledge of manufacturing and IT.
• Participate in bidding and pre-sales activities with the sales team.
• Meet with customers, mainly manufacturing companies, alongside the sales team to understand their needs and offer solutions and suggestions.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals and pitches for potential customers.
• Ensure products are delivered to meet customer expectations.
• Oversee implementation as a project manager, including creating business requirement and design documents, and collaborating with development partners to guide development and testing.
• Facilitate the development of interfaces and collaboration between the Sales and System Engineering departments.
• Maintain high standards of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) in the system engineering process.
• Work towards integrating ERP and Digital Solutions.
• Manage and coach team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.

• Strong communication skill and leadership to organize multiple stakeholders to achieve objectives
• At least one or more project experience of ERP(SAP S/4 HANA) and IoT project
• Ability to manage system development (design, build, test, deploy, cutover, hyper-care)
• Ability to organize and lead testing activity (plan, prepare, execution control, collect data, manage bug-fix, evaluate quality)
