Safety Supervisor

Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in printers, multifunction printers, and automotive parts. With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, the company is set to expand rapidly. As part of their growth strategy, they are looking for a Safety Supervisor to join their team and ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

• Ensure the enforcement of safety policies across all areas, including occupational sites and field operations.
• Research and explore new safety technologies or procedures to enhance workplace safety and report findings to the manager.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and divisions to drive and complete safety-related activities.
• Organize and oversee training programs for subordinates, coordinating efforts within the organization.
• Provide training in line with the HSE training plan and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor subcontractors and suppliers working on company premises to ensure safety compliance.
• Compile and submit monthly reports summarizing all events and activities to management.
• Support the implementation and adherence to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and requirements.
• Drive and support Kaizen activities, fostering continuous improvement within related departments.
• Promote and ensure the execution of 5S activities within the concerned sections.

• Proven experience 3+ years in safety management, preferably in manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices (ISO 45001/ISO 14001).
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to conduct safety training, risk assessments, and implement safety programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to safety management.
• Certification in safety management or related certifications is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
