• Oversee the activities of the IT Admin, IT Infrastructure, IT Programmer (Application), and IT Engineer (Hardware). Coordinate with Suppliers/Outsourced partners for efficient operations.
• Establish and maintain WiFi network, servers, and cloud services
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Gmail, and Microsoft Teams for company operation.
• Implement a control system to oversee machine operations, including washing machines and dryers.
• Monitor and analyze the usage of laundry equipment.
• Collect customer usage metrics such as rate, duration, and frequency. Store data on servers and track machine-specific information like temperature, usage cycles, and maintenance schedules.
• Develop and deploy customer-facing apps using platforms like Flutter. Incorporate features such as source code access, payment processing, promotions, and coupon redemption. Enable seamless data transfer from the app to the server.
• Integrating application and controller: Formulate and integrate the Usage System in store.
• Plan and allocate financial resources effectively.
