Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and follow up on sales leads.
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Manage and update customer records, sales reports, and other relevant information.
- Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, marketing, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Assist in preparing presentations, promotional materials, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events with customers and sales representatives.
- Maintain stock and inventory levels, ensuring product availability and accurate reporting.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and business goals.
Experience requirements
- Proven experience in sales coordination or administrative support, ideally in the automotive or luxury goods industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Education requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
