About the Company
Our client specializes in importing and distributing industrial laundry machines and modern self-service laundromats, designed to elevate laundry standards to an international level for the new generation.
Job Responsibilities
Human Resources Management (HRM) – 60%
- Oversee Talent Acquisition processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and handle employee relations (ER) and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with company and legal standards.
Human Resources Development (HRD) – 30%
- Coordinate and implement training programs and employee development plans.
- Manage performance management systems (PMS) to support career growth and organizational goals.
- Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
General Affairs (GA) – 10%
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department.
Experience requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing HR processes and documentation.
• 3-5 years of direct HR experience, with expertise in HRM, including talent acquisition, labor laws, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
• Familiar with HRD functions such as training, development, performance management, and organizing HR activities.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva for reporting, presentations, and creative tasks.
• Basic English skills, focusing on reading and writing.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with all organizational levels.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Open to junior supervisors or senior HR officers eager to advance their careers.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
