About the Company

Our client is a leading Food & Beverage company in Thailand, specializing in a wide range of milk products, including pasteurized and UHT options, as well as juices and coffee mixes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee payroll management, preparation, and administration processes.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy across all locations and maintain proper records.
  • Collaborate with payroll outsourcing partners to submit required documents to authorities, such as the Revenue Department, Social Security Office, Provident Fund, and Labor Department, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • Assist with Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs, including managing medical welfare benefits.
  • Support the Head of Human Capital in maintaining and updating the employee database for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyze corporate Human Capital (HC) reports to meet business requirements.
  • Provide guidance on C&B-related matters to employees and HC teams across locations.
  • Assist in salary and benefits surveys by coordinating with HC consultancy firms and providing necessary data.
  • Lead and coordinate internal communication with payroll specialists in each location for C&B updates.
  • Assist the Head of Human Capital with C&B-related tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with C&B processes and procedures company-wide.
  • Monitor and control the company's overall C&B budget.
  • Manage the company’s probation evaluation program.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and HC regulations.
  • Advise expatriates on visa, work permit, and personal income tax matters.
  • Assist with the annual salary review process, including proposals, administration, and payouts.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s salary structure.
Experience requirements
  • Over 4 years of experience in payroll, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Capable of working independently and responding quickly to tasks.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; an MBA is a plus.
