They are a global leader in providing cutting-edge automation solutions for various industries, ensuring quality and innovation in their product offerings. The company is currently looking for a dedicated Assistant Customer Service Coordinator (Inventory) to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire inventory control process, ensuring accuracy of paperwork and stock management.
- Conduct daily stock counts, input items into the ERP system, and allocate them to the appropriate jobs.
- Ensure inventory accountability by maintaining accurate transaction records, following procedures, and updating the ERP system.
- Prepare monthly inventory reports, perform stock takes, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and review stock movement.
- Handle physical inventory counts and investigate any discrepancies.
- Manage and monitor perpetual inventory counting and accuracy checks.
- Oversee and maintain the company’s inventory of materials, tools, and products, ensuring proper stock profiles and locations.
- Ensure proper receipt and handling of incoming products in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide regular management reports and track inventory performance.
- Develop and maintain clear procedures for all key inventory control functions.
- Ensure work orders are accurate and fully completed, with all stock correctly allocated to the respective jobs.
- Address and resolve any inventory-related issues, ensuring stock integrity and accuracy.
- Ensure materials are prepared and available to support customer orders as needed.
- Monitor material deliveries and manage inventory performance.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to resolve material shortages and support timely delivery.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Experience requirements
- New graduates must have internship experience in a related field.
- Experience 1 – 2 years in purchasing, inventory control, export & import as well as logistic field.
- Having experience in accounting software and knowledge of ERP system is preferred.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Have driving license and own car.
- Able to drive a forklift is a must.
Education requirements
Obtained Diploma, High Vocational Certificate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
