Body and Paint Manager

Company industry: Maintenance and Repair of Engine Systems and Automotive Components

• Oversee and manage the body and paint service center to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Develop and implement plans for the scope and volume of body and paint repair work.
• Strategically allocate manpower to meet the demands of the workload.
• Manage and control costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate effectively with customers and external partners.
• Analyze and generate detailed reports for company management.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of work and adherence to delivery timelines as per the established plan.

• Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in automotive body and paint work
• At least 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience in a body shop or similar environment
• Proven track record of managing a team and overseeing day-to-day operations
• Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, including welding, frame repair, and paint application
