Veterinary Manager

Animal Health Management:

• Conduct health examinations, diagnose diseases, and provide appropriate treatments, including administering medications, performing surgeries, or vaccinations.
• Manage and maintain suitable environmental conditions for test animals.
• Study and research animal health, diseases, and new treatment methods to enhance knowledge and techniques within the test center.

Planning and Management of the Pet Test Center:

• Set goals for experiments and research related to pet food. Oversee and ensure the accuracy and reliability of results following international standards.
• Plan and manage the operations of the test center to maintain efficiency, including resource allocation and annual budgeting.
• Organize staffing levels, define roles and responsibilities, and maximize team effectiveness.
• Lead the animal nutrition team efficiently and foster a positive working environment.

Compliance with Laws and Standards:

• Establish policies and standards for using test animals in accordance with laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
• Review and update practices for animal care to meet international standards.

Policy and Process Development:

• Develop the Pet Test Center to align with global standards.
• Plan and analyze test results to prepare accurate and effective reports for executives and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to enhance team skills.
• Coordinate with internal and external agencies to promote and support research activities.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or a related field, with a professional veterinary license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing test centers or overseeing animal health.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting experimental results and data.
• Knowledge of regulations and ethical standards in animal care.
• Proven ability to manage teams and projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Competence in planning and team organization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
