Job Responsibilities

Responsibility:

  • Created and implemented channel development strategies that enhanced business growth and gain market share
  • Manage all key customers and implement align with business strategy
  • Developed commercial partnerships and solid business relationships in key customer 
  • Develop and negotiate for Trade Agreement as well as responsible for budgetary control
  • Cooperation among other functional team to implement integrated plan to drive sales growth and gain in market share
  • Monitor and analysis business situation with recommendation to keep competitive advantage all time
  • Develop competency of team members and build team engagement for better team performance
