About the Company
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cash & Carry Division Manager to lead and manage branches nationwide. This is a key leadership position where you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving sales performance, and developing a high-performing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of all branches nationwide to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Take charge of improving operational standards across the organization.
- Train, develop, and motivate a team of employees to achieve high performance and drive results.
- Strategize and drive sales growth while ensuring profitability and business success.
- Continuously monitor and refine processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Experience requirements
- Open to foreigner and Thai.
- Proven track record of success in a retail management environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel nationwide as needed for branch oversight and operations.
- Leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
