Finance Manager

Client Description: Manufacturers

Responsibilities:

• Lead and standardize the company's financial managing work, improve the accounting system to ensure clear accounts
• Prepare the company's annual financial budget, regularly analyze abnormalities in the implementation, and provide regular financial analysis reports for decision-making support
• Establish and improve the company's internal control system and implement financial system management to ensure effective operation
• Responsible for tax planning and management, organizing tax accounting and filing, and capital arrangements in order to reduce costs and avoid financial risks
• Planning and management of company funds, etc.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Financial Management, Accounting, Financing, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting and financial field; Minimum 5 years in managerial level 
• Strong planning & organizational skills, with ability to work under tight deadlines independently
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience with SAP systems and Experience in accounting for Hire purchase and Sub leases is prior
