Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the IT department and various business units, ensuring seamless business processes and data flow.
- Gather and document business processes related to the BPC system and other systems, coordinating with departments to ensure regular data updates.
- Analyze work data to identify relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Develop and maintain the data structure for BPC, specifying data owners, co-owners, and data users.
- Assess the impact of data import/export activities within the organization related to BPC.
- Plan and design the organizational data structure, creating interconnections to maximize data utilization.
- Support user operations by analyzing problems and proposing solutions to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate in designing business processes using the BPC system to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure project objectives and goals are met.
