Senior Market Access Manager

The Market Access Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our innovative products reach the patients who need them. This includes understanding the complex landscape of healthcare access, engaging with key stakeholders, and navigating regulatory frameworks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research, and medical affairs, to build comprehensive solutions that position our products favorably in the market. 

• Develop and implement comprehensive market access strategies for new and existing products.
• Conduct market assessments to identify potential access barriers and opportunities.
• Engage with payers, providers, and other stakeholders to advocate for product reimbursement and access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market access initiatives with overall business goals.
• Prepare and present value propositions and evidentiary dossiers to key external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact access.
• Lead initiatives aimed at identifying innovative solutions to enhance patient access and outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access or commercialization within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful market access strategies.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics, healthcare policies, and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
