Costing Accounting Manager

Our client, a leader in the energy and organic fertilizer industries, is actively expanding its production base. To support this growth, the company is seeking skilled and talented individuals eager to grow alongside them and contribute to their success.

• Oversee inventory counts to ensure they align with the monthly counting schedule.
• Reconcile discrepancies between site-confirmed item counts and accounting records, ensuring accuracy before making account adjustments.
• Validate records of product receipts and dispatches related to production activities.
• Review and manage the Month-End Run process to separate standard costs from variances.
• Assess and update Bills of Materials (BOM) to reflect actual costs accurately.
• Verify accounting entries generated from the Month-End Run.
• Reconcile the General Ledger (GL) with stock reports.
• Review and verify inventory quantities and values for cost calculations.
• Evaluate production cost-related expenses and ensure proper collection.
• Confirm the allocation of expenses to products produced during the reporting period.
• Ensure the accuracy of calculated costs and related accounting entries.
• Prepare detailed reports on production costs, cost of sales, and standard costs.
• Analyze cost data to ensure it reflects actual business operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Internal Audit background will be plus.
• Business English proficiency
• Highly detail-oriented, honest, and skilled in coordination, planning, and control.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure.
• Able to traveling to other provinces to work at factory as required (1-2 times/month)
