Finance Manager

Our client, a leading logistics solutions provider with a proven track record of excellence for over a decade, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead their financial operations and strategic initiatives.

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities and strategies to ensure the company's financial health and support its growth objectives. This role will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning. The Finance Manager will work closely with the management team, provide actionable insights, and lead a team to maintain operational excellence.

• Oversee and manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage funding, exchange rate risks, and liquidity to ensure effective financial resource allocation.
• Lead managerial accounting activities, including cost analysis and profitability assessments.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the management team, offering insights for decision-making.
• Mentor and supervise team members, fostering growth and maintaining high performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements for financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business projects and initiatives.

• 8-10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial software and tools; ERP system knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
