• Contribute to the growth of the digital service in Thailand.
• Improve store UI/UX and existing features in collaboration with the Product Manager (Japanese), external vendors (Thai), and the Japan-based development team (Japanese).
• Detect service pain points and prioritize them effectively.
• Handle troubleshooting by working closely with the developer team.
• Create a product roadmap in partnership with the Product Manager.
• Support the business team in refining their business requirements.
